Canberra Executive Cars and Limousines
Darwin Airport Transfer Experience
The Canberra Executive Cars and Limousines (CECL) experience is engineered to make your visit to Darwin stress-free. Your entire experience, from booking to destination arrival, is made efficient, elegant and comfortable. Here are some of the services we offer.
The most important thing to remember about Darwin Airport is that it is located about 7 KM from the CBD. It normally takes anywhere between 10-20 minutes, and like most of our customers, they want to be in a mechanically reliable and comfortable car to make it safely and comfortably to their destination.
Airport Transfers
Whether you’re travelling as a business team or as a private traveller, CECL transfers are your best option. Our team is specifically trained to make sure you never miss your flight. We utilise an automatic failsafe mechanism to ensure that drivers are always aware of your schedule. We allow only the best drivers to chauffeur you from the airport to your destination. Our quality is unmatched in the Darwin airport transfer scene.
Guest Transfers and VIP Transfers
Booking a Darwin Airport Transfer for one of your VIP guests can be an arduous task sometimes. No more. CECL makes the process very easy for executive assistants to coordinators to drop off their guests wherever they’re supposed to be around the city.
We also do quite a lot of VIP transfers for talent agencies and PR Marketing firms, and the number masking feature comes in very handy when doing these transfers. (please see paragraphs below)
Why should you use Canberra Executive Cars and Limousines?
There are several factors that will influence your decision to use our service.
But we think the 3 most important reasons are as follows:
1) Phone number masking technology
At CECL, we use state-of-the-art technology to mask all Australian phone numbers. Whether it’s for a Darwin airport transfer or a VIP event transfer, it doesn’t matter, our technology covers the whole system.
When our drivers and customers communicate together, either via text messages or via actual phone calls, we mask the numbers, so neither party will see the other’s real phone numbers, and once the trip is completed, this link is cut off, so neither party can communicate with each other.
2) Automated fail-safe mechanism built into our driver app and software
Whether you have booked an airport transfer or a dinner transfer, our intelligent systems will prompt and remind drivers of their imminent upcoming transfers, and if for any reason the driver does not confirm on their app that they are on the way, then the system alerts the manager on duty who will take the matter into his own hands and make sure that the driver is on the way and if we can’t get in touch with the driver then we immediately allocate another driver to come in as a replacement.
3) Our proprietary custom-built pricing algorithm
Our minimum fare is $92, however as the journey becomes longer, the per km rate starts to drop, this is why we get so many long-distance trips.
In some cases, once the length of the trip exceeds about 50 or 60 km, we become cheaper than a taxi.
It is always best to pre-book these transfers so that we can allocate a driver who is well-rested, at CECL we NEVER compromise on safety.
Meeting Transfers
We shall chauffeur you from meeting to meeting very cost-effectively. If you have many stopovers in your plan you may opt for our hourly plan.
When you have a lot of meetings in different locations in a short space of time, the hourly transfers come in very handy. You can select a vehicle type then select hourly transfer from the transfer type option, and then just choose the number of hours that you need the car and driver for.
Please note we recommend that if you are unsure, then just select fewer hours and we can add them as you need them.
atEvent Management
Our service has a dedicated experienced team, capable of coordinating transport for small to large events alike. Our team will coordinate with your event organiser to make sure that your attendees arrive to their desired destination promptly. We can avail up to fifty cars depending on your requirements.
