When our drivers and customers communicate together, either via text messages or via actual phone calls, we mask the numbers, so neither party will see the other’s real phone numbers, and once the trip is completed, this link is cut off, so neither party can communicate with each other.
2) Automated fail-safe mechanism built into our driver app and software
Whether you have booked an airport transfer or a dinner transfer, our intelligent systems will prompt and remind drivers of their imminent upcoming transfers, and if for any reason the driver does not confirm on their app that they are on the way, then the system alerts the manager on duty who will take the matter into his own hands and make sure that the driver is on the way and if we can’t get in touch with the driver then we immediately allocate another driver to come in as a replacement.
3) Our proprietary custom built pricing algorithm
Our minimum fare is $92, however as the journey becomes longer, the per km rate starts to drop, this is why we get so many long-distance trips.
In some cases, once the length of the trip exceeds about 50 or 60 km, we become cheaper than a taxi.
This is why we do a lot of transfers from Sydney to Canberra when a person has either missed the last flight or they need to get back to Canberra for an early morning meeting. It is always best to pre-book these transfers so that we can allocate a driver who is well-rested, at CECL we NEVER compromise on safety.
Meeting Transfers
We shall chauffeur you from meeting to meeting very cost-effectively. If you have many stopovers in your plan you may opt for our hourly plan.
When you have a lot of meetings in different locations in a short space of time, the hourly transfers come in very handy. You can select a vehicle type then select hourly transfer from the transfer type option, and then just choose the number of hours that you need the car and driver for.
Please note we recommend that if you are unsure, then just select fewer hours and we can add them as you need them.
Event Management
Our service has a dedicated experienced team, capable of coordinating transport for small to large events alike. Our team will coordinate with your event organiser to make sure that your attendees arrive at their desired destination promptly. We can avail up to fifty cars depending on your requirements.
